Pilates has benefits unique to each indiviual. It may be your exercise fix, your way of switching off from busy schedules or it may help you tokeep your body balanced to keep those niggles from improper posture at bay. As an additct I'll admit I tick those boxes and more. Strong, lean, supple and calm. Its a great way to improve endurance in other physical activities. After a run, heavy workout, pilates will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening and lengthening the muscles you were just working on.
